Purpose

Internet of Trust and the User (« the Parties ») wish to explore potential business opportunities regarding cybersecurity analysis, certification support, and scheme definitions. In connection with this exploration, both parties may disclose non-public, confidential, or proprietary information.

Definition of Confidential Information

« Confidential Information » includes, without limitation, all product specifications, source code, use cases, target evaluation levels, architecture designs, business operations, and technical data disclosed either orally, visually, or in writing.

Obligations of Confidentiality

The receiving party agrees to:

  • Maintain the absolute confidentiality of the disclosing party’s information with at least the same degree of care they use for their own proprietary data.
  • Use the information solely for evaluating a potential business relationship.
  • Limit access to employees and consultants who strictly need to know the information and who are bound by matching confidentiality obligations.

Exclusions

Confidential information does not include data that is already publicly available, already known to the receiving party prior to disclosure, or independently developed without using the disclosing party’s data.

Term & Mutual Protection

This agreement automatically covers all initial data exchanges through this website form and any subsequent preliminary discussions. This mutual obligation remains in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of disclosure.
